WORK SCHEDULE
Work just 3 nights a week — and enjoy a 4-day weekend every week.
This position follows a Monday – Wednesday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM schedule, giving you full-time hours in three nights and four consecutive days off to recharge, spend time with family, or pursue what matters most to you.

About the Role
Rework Specialists at Milwaukee Electronics aren't just fixing boards — they're protecting quality, upholding standards, and doing some of the most technically demanding work on the floor. If you can solder to IPC Class 2 and Class 3 standards, know your way around SMT and through-hole assemblies, and take pride in getting it right the first time, we want to hear from you.

Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Close, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus required. Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals. Noise level is occasionally loud; PPE required where applicable.
