Job Description

Embrace a unique opportunity to join a leader in rugged embedded computing solutions, specializing in aerospace, defense, and industrial fields. Engage in the design of state-of-the-art RF and mixed-signal hardware that forms the backbone of cutting-edge radar, electronic warfare, and communication platforms. Collaborate with an elite team of FPGA, PCB, and embedded software engineers, influencing pivotal technologies within mission-critical environments.

Our organization prides itself on a culture of innovation and excellence. As a part of a global technology firm boasting over $7 billion in annual revenue, you will explore uncharted technologies in open architecture embedded computing and more. Our products serve military operations across various terrains, and our culture encourages pioneering ideas and thought leadership across RF, FPGA, and high-speed networks.

Appreciated for our dedication to professional development, each engineer is entrusted with solving complex technical puzzles while growing in a collaborative atmosphere. Enjoy comprehensive benefits including competitive salary packages, performance incentives, career growth opportunities, technical training, and an environment that fosters connection with technical leaders.

In this position, you will be influential in crafting advanced architectures for highly specialized embedded products primarily used in aerospace and defense. Your efforts in designing efficient RF signal pathways, low-noise circuits, and robust power systems will span from conceptual stages through to production, allowing you to steer architectural decisions and tackle intricate signal integrity issues.

Your expertise should include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent field, coupled with skills in complete RF and mixed-signal chain designs, component integration, and both conventional and innovative RF design methodologies. Hands-on laboratory experience with various advanced RF equipment and tools is crucial in this role.

Preferred candidates will bring experience with novel technologies and methodologies, such as AMD Xilinx RFSoC devices and sophisticated PCB designs, and possess a strategic mindset to mentor peers and steer architectural innovations.
