Qualifications include a bachelor’s in STEM, 10+ years of experience in RF filter and amplifier design, and proficiency in RF frequency ranges (0.001-40 GHz).
Responsibilities involve working independently and collaboratively to develop prototypes, validate designs, and improve methodologies, interfacing with PCB designers, customers, and production teams.
Must have expertise in RF/MW filter topologies, simulation software, and test equipment, with strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Physical demands are primarily sedentary, with some manual activities, and the work environment is typical of office and manufacturing settings.
