The candidate will work extensively with suppliers to develop and execute qualification testing schemes and provide requirement verification artifacts. The candidate will need to closely collaborate with internal LM stakeholders as well as U.S. Government representatives to ensure all requirements are met.Essential TasksExecuting RF test activities to include the generation of test plans and reportsRF requirements analyses, and trade study executionCompletion of Technical Data Package through preparation of Specifications, Interface Control Documents, Test Requirements, and Software RequirementsCompletion of Statements of Work and interfacing with subcontractorsManaging subcontractors from task completion to delivery of a product that meets requirements within the required timeline and budgetOversee the build and assembly of hardware and test fixturesAnalysis of test data to include signal post‑processing, visualization, and comparison with modeled dataUp to 25% travel requiredPosition is on site full time and located at the LM‑MFC Orlando, FL facilityBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field and 5+ years of relevant experienceActive Secret Security Clearance with a current 5‑year investigationExperience in RF systems development, integration, and productionAbility to create RF subsystem test documents such as plans, procedures, and reportsExperience in creation of RF data analysis, reduction, and visualization tools using MATLAB or another programming languageExperience defining or reviewing software requirements and software validation techniquesExcellent communication skills, both written and oralDesired SkillsBasic understanding of RF sensorsBasic understanding of radar conceptsBasic understanding of electromagnetics and antenna conceptsExperience with test range control electronics or softwareExperience with lab test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, and Signal GeneratorsExperience with Missile System DevelopmentExperience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system developmentDevelopment of system level test plans/procedures and associated reviews focused on data analysis and findingsRF link budget analysisSecurity Clearance StatementThis position requires a government security clearance, you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.Lockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer.
