RF Digital Test Technician (On-site)

We are seeking an experienced RF Digital Test Technician to provide technical support within a production, research, and design/development environment. This role involves testing, troubleshooting, modifying, and repairing complex electronic assemblies and systems while supporting engineering personnel on critical programs and technical initiatives.

• Construct, modify, and assist in the development, testing, and troubleshooting of complex electronic circuits utilizing basic design concepts
• Troubleshoot and test highly complex assemblies and systems using electro-mechanical, electronic, and inspection instruments
• Conduct tests and experiments on electronic systems and subsystems following established test procedures and requirements
• Analyze test results and recommend design revisions or modifications to improve system performance
• Assist with implementing approved modifications and corrective actions
• Compile, review, analyze, and present engineering data to support technical objectives
• Utilize computer-aided design and analysis tools as required
• Support RF testing and debugging activities utilizing oscilloscopes, meters, network analyzers, electronic CAL kits, and related RF test equipment
• Work closely with engineering personnel in production, research, and development environments
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma plus 5+ years of related experience, or completion of a military technical “A” school
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and testing complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems
• Strong RF test and debug experience is required
• Experience using RF test equipment including scopes, meters, network analyzers, and electronic calibration kits
• Computer skills including Windows and Linux environments may be required
• Ability to analyze technical data and follow published test procedures
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Additional Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required
• Willingness to work occasional off-shifts including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekends as needed

Pay Range: $42.00 - $47.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
