RF/Electromagnetic Effects Engineer Dahlgren, VA General Description: The RF/Electromagnetic Effects Engineer supports the design, development, integration, and qualification of advanced weapons systems. This role focuses on managing and mitigating electromagnetic environmental effects (E3) across system design, integration, and operational environments. The engineer will lead analysis and test activities related to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), electronic warfare (EW) survivability, and Hazards of Electromagnetic Radiation to Ordnance (HERO) to ensure safe and effective operation of RF-enabled weapon systems. The position supports system engineering teams throughout the design, integration, test, and fielding lifecycle.
