Key duties include preparing parts, following precise procedures, inspecting quality, and maintaining a clean work environment.
The ideal candidate has strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and process discipline, with optional experience in precision finishing or electronics.
Training on MIL-STD standards will be provided.
