OverviewAdvanced Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities enable F-35 pilots to locate and track enemy forces, jam radars and disrupt attacks with unparalleled effectiveness. Advanced avionics provide real‑time access to battle‑space information with 360‑degree coverage and an unparalleled ability to dominate the tactical environment. Data collected by sensors on the F-35 will be shared immediately with commanders at sea, in the air or on the ground, providing an instantaneous, high‑fidelity view of ongoing operations—making the F-35 a formidable force multiplier while enhancing coalition operations. This system allows F‑35 pilots to reach well‑defended targets and suppress enemy radars.ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will lead the system integration and test team for the Common Reprogramming Tool (CRT). Responsibilities include developing system test strategy and execution, defining capability test points, creating test plans and procedures, reporting test metrics to leadership and senior management, and ensuring export of test documentation related to CRT and its exportability. Key areas of responsibility: CRT System Test, Test Metrics, Cross‑Functional Leadership, Integration & Test, Export Control, and Software Development.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in STEM or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.Mission Systems Design and Development experience (Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), Comm/Nav/Ident (CNI), etc.).Requirements Derivation and System Modeling experience.Experience leading a project or team.Strong cross‑functional leadership skills.Strong work ethic and self‑motivation.Strong program management planning skills to include logical task structure and estimating.Excellent communication skills and ability to train and present technical content.Experience with design, programming, and testing of RF and EW systems.Hands‑on experience with laboratory, field, and flight testing of EW and ECM systems.Desired SkillsMission Data File Generation and the Mission Data Update Lifecycle.Hands‑on experience with the operations of RF systems.Experience with Agile software development.Experience with Foreign Military Exploitations (FME).Strong technical leadership.Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Experience with Cameo or SysML.Security Clearance StatementThis position requires a government security clearance at the Secret level and the candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
