RF Engineering Technician (Electronics Repair)

Overview
We are seeking a hands-on RF Engineering Technician to support the repair, troubleshooting, and testing of complex electronic and RF equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bench-level work, solving technical problems, and working closely with engineering and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
1-3 years of experience in electronics or RF repair / test technician roles
Strong troubleshooting skills with electronic components and circuits
Experience working with:
Oscilloscopes
Multimeters
RF / microwave (MW) systems
Ability to perform component-level diagnostics and repair
Comfortable using hand tools for mechanical and electronic work
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with RF and microwave systems
Familiarity with test equipment and circuit testing methodologies
Background working with:
Printed circuit boards (PCBs)
Amplifiers
Multiplexing systems
Exposure to manufacturing or production environments
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
