Responsible for troubleshooting and/or testing of company products following standard methods and procedures and adhering to established specifications, using standard laboratory equipment.
Responsibilities
Perform fundamental and repetitive tests of electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies (RF Microwave, Analog and Digital) to determine if the assemblies meet specification.
Setup and configuration of RF microwave test setups for both CW and Pulse applications.
Setup and configuration of both digital and analog subassembly test setups using standard laboratory equipment.
Work from schematics, specifications, sketches, or other authorized information to determine performance requirements of equipment being tested.
Repair, adjust, and calibrate equipment to bring it within requirements.
Active soldering and mechanical assembly of equipment to repair, adjust and calibrate equipment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience or 2 years Associate Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior related experience. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology highly preferred.
RF Devices and Microprocessor required experience. RF Test equipment: network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc. all required
Costpoint, ERP systems, Microsoft Office proficiency
