RF Integration Engineer - Multi- Probe Array Systems | UAN - E673E7 Department: Engineering / RF Systems Integration Location: Warminster, PA Type: Full -time About the Role We're looking for an RF Integration Engineer - Multi -Probe Array Systems to support the end -to-end deployment of MVG's advanced Multi -Probe Array measurement systems for aerospace and defense customers. In this hands- on eld role, you will integrate, cali brate, validate, and troubleshoot RF systems while working closely with project managers, systems engineers, eld technicians, and customers. Job Opening www.mvg -world.com | careers@mvg -world.com Page 2 Responsibilities Lead the installation, integration, and commissioning of Multi -Probe Array systems at customer sites, MVG factories, and global locations. Deploy and integrate RF hardware, including RF boxes, cables, connectors, probes, positioning systems, and data acquisition equipment. Perform RF performance checks, system -level calibrations, and validation testing using VNA/PNA, spectrum analyzers, and related equipment. Troubleshoot signal integrity, reection, loss, interference, and other RF issues in real -world eld environments. Train customers on system operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting during installation and acceptance phases. Document installation procedures, calibration results, performance validation reports, lessons learned, and customer feedback. Ensure compliance with MVG, OSHA, and customer site safety requirements, including ESD, RF exposure, rigging, lifting, and electrical work protocols. Requirements 3+ years of hands -on experience in RF system integration, testing, installation, or related environments such as antenna measurement systems, radar, wireless communications, or defense electronics. Strong understanding of RF principles, including impedance matching, signal propagation, network analysis, S -parameters, RF calibration techniques, and antenna measurement fundamentals. Prociency with RF test equipment such as Vector Network Analyzers (VNA/PNA), spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, RF cables, connectors, and calibration kits. Experience using RF measurement software such as MVG proprietary tools, LabVIEW, MATLAB, or Python for data analysis and automated testing. Ability to interpret RF test data, including S -parameters, radiation patterns, and RCS measurements, and make technical adjustments as needed. Willingness and ability to travel 50 -75% domestically and internationally, including U.S. customer sites, MVG facilities, and MVG's factory in France. Strong troubleshooting, communication, technical reporting, and customer -facing skills in high -pressure eld environments. Nice to Have Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related eld, or equivalent experience. Experience with Multi -Probe Array systems, phased array technologies, or mechanical/robotic positioning systems. Familiarity with RF simulation tools such as CST, FEKO, or ADS. Experience with defense or aerospace RF measurement systems, including RCS, EW, or radar testing.
