RF Integration Engineer - Multi-Probe Array Systems | UAN - E673E7 Department: Engineering Location: Office / MVG, Inc (Warminster, PA) Type: Full-time About the Role As an RF Integration Engineer, you will lead the end -to-end deployment, integration, calibration, and validation of MVG's Multi -Probe Array measurement systems for aerospace and defense customers. This hands -on field role is ideal for an RF engineer who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex signal integrity and measurement challenges, and is comfortable with 50 -75% domestic and international travel. Responsibilities - Lead installation and commissioning of Multi -Probe Array systems at customer sites, MVG factories, and global locations. - Implement RF hardware integration, including RF boxes, cables, connectors, probes, positioning systems, and control/data acquisition equipment. - Ensure system performance through RF checks, S -parameter and radiation pattern testing, and calibrations using VNA/PNA, spectrum analyzers, and calibration kits. - Drive troubleshooting of RF issues such as reflections, losses, interference, signal integrity problems, and calibration deviations in real -world environments. - Collaborate with project managers, systems engineers, and field technicians to coordinate deployments, site surveys, FAT/SAT activities, and customer acceptance. - Develop clear installation records, calibration reports, performance validation documentation, non -conformance reports, and lessons learned. - Ensure compliance with OSHA, MVG, and customer site safety requirements, including ESD, RF exposure limits, lifting, rigging, and electrical safety protocols. Requirements - 3+ years of hands -on experience in RF system integration, testing, or installation, ideally with antenna measurement systems, radar, wireless communications, or defense electronics. - Strong understanding of RF principles, including impedance matching, signal propagation, network analysis/S -parameters, RF calibration techniques such as SOLT, TRL, and electronic calibration, and antenna measurement fundamentals. - Proficiency using RF test equipment, including Vector Network Analyzers (VNA/PNA), spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, RF cables, connectors, and calibration kits. - Experience with RF measurement software or data analysis tools such as MVG proprietary tools, LabVIEW, MATLAB, or Python, with the ability to interpret RF test data and adjust systems accordingly. - Willingness and ability to travel 50 -75% domestically and internationally, including U.S. customer sites, MVG facilities, and MVG's factory in France. - Excellent troubleshooting, written and verbal communication, customer -facing support, and technical reporting skills in high -pressure field environments. - U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance eligibility, plus ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in anechoic chambers, outdoor test ranges, and factory floors. Job Opening www.mvg -world.com | careers@mvg -world.com Page 3 Nice to Have - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Experience with Multi -Probe Array systems, phased array technologies, defense/aerospace RF measurement systems, RCS, EW, or radar testing. - Knowledge of mechanical or robotic positioning systems, antenna positioners, motion control, and safe operation of hoists or lifts. - Familiarity with RF simulation tools such as CST, FEKO, or ADS, and basic programming in Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW for automated testing and data analysis.
