JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Work within an integrated product team assisting in the design and development of RF and microwave systems.
Lead the design of high-performance RF circuitry within 12 months.
Write system and sub-system requirements for non-complex RFMW systems and derive requirements independently within 18 months.
Support the creation of technical proposals status reports whitepapers and other technical documentation within 4 months.
Contribute to process improvements and system efficiency within the engineering team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with project goals and timelines.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associates or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering EE Electrical Engineering Technology EET or related field.
2-6 years of RF and microwave circuit design experience.
Strong technical writing skills for proposals reports and documentation.
Ability to learn and contribute to system-level product development.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of RFMW circuits including power amplifiers RF upconverters and downconverters RF filters and low-noise amplifiers.
Experience in RF system and sub-system design.
Familiarity with engineering development processes and quality standards.
Ability to work within product development teams and meet project milestones.
PREFERRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting DoD or defense-related projects.
Exposure to integrated RFMW system design.
Ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives and system efficiency.
