RF/Microwave Microelectronics Assembler
Location: El Cajon, CA | Openings: Multiple immediate hires
Step into a precision lab where 10X microscopes, fine-tip irons, and hot plates are your daily tools. From the moment you begin your shift, you’ll be working hands-on with miniature RF and microwave assemblies—building, inspecting, and perfecting products that demand unwavering focus and steady hands. If you cannot solder small components under a microscope, this role is not the right fit.
This is not general assembly or warehouse work. It’s true microelectronics production in a fast-paced manufacturing setting where quality comes first.
What a day looks like
- Assemble miniature electronic and RF components with tight tolerances
- Inspect and build under a 10X microscope for precision placement and verification
- Perform fine hand soldering (through‑hole and SMT), rework, and hot plate reflow
- Carry out coil winding along with shield and strap cutting
- Execute epoxy staking and potting processes
- Assist with electronics tuning, leak testing, and product validation activities
- Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and assembly procedures
- Maintain rigorous quality standards and a spotless bench
