RF Picking Technician (Warehouse Inventory Control)

What you’ll do

• Pick customer orders using an RF scanner and on-screen prompts.
• Scan barcodes and confirm quantities to ensure order integrity.
• Stage items for the next step in the shipping workflow.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and follow company policies and safety standards.
• Hit department accuracy and productivity benchmarks consistently.
• Flag inventory variances, product damage, or device problems to a supervisor.
• Pitch in on other warehouse responsibilities as needed.

What you bring

• Warehouse or order selection experience preferred.
• Direct experience with RF scanners is required.
• Ability to excel in a fast-moving warehouse setting.
• Comfort standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Self-directed with strong follow-through on instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Consistent performance meeting productivity and quality goals.

Schedule

• Full-time; schedule and shift to be determined based on business needs.
• 4:00 AM-12:45 PM Monday-Friday — OT Mandatory
