Demonstrate expertise in RF systems RF technology and algorithms linear and non-linear to enable new RF products services and RF business development for government customers and programs.Day to Day Responsibilities Ability to work independently or with general supervision Strives for improvement and continuous development candidate should want to increase their knowledge base and look for growth opportunities Recommendations for process or practice improvement within the Systems Engineering Organization Communication within Systems Engineering and across other engineering disciplines Experience with requirements management and requirements management tools. IBM Rational DOORS andor JAMA Supportlead integration and test of electronic systems and related hardwaresoftwarefirmware subsystemssub-componentsproducts Supportlead data analysis modeling and simulation to find underlying root cause of issue andor to guide design Present work to multi-disciplinary team and internalexternal customers Ability to obtain higher levels as necessary Potential travel required depending on program assignments - 10This is a 12-month Contract opportunity. Secret Clearance Ideal candidate must have Bachelors Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. Hands-on experience with commercial RFEE test equipmentdevices e.g. signal generator spectrum analyzer oscilloscope network analyzer attenuators amplifiers etc. Experience generating requirements at various levels of the system and flowing down requirements to sub-systemssub-components. expertise in RF systems RF technology and algorithms linear and non-linear to enable new RF products services and RF business development for government customers and programs. Experience with requirements management and requirements management tools. IBM Rational DOORS andor JAMANice to have skills Experience with data analysis andor modeling and simulation e.g. with MATLABpython Experience on Hardware Environmental and EMI Qualification testing efforts Experience with concepts in signal processing logic design computer architecture. Experience working on aerospacedefense electronic systems e.g. electronic warfare systems radar missile guidance missile defense Experience in the System Design of Embedded System Architectures Familiarity with Digital Engineering sysMLModel Based System Engineering MBSE and System Simulation Understanding of Cyber Security best practicesPay Range 65 - 68 per hour.
