RF Test Supervisor
Fremont, CA | Full-Time | $90,000-$100,000
We are seeking a highly motivated RF Test Supervisor to lead and oversee testing operations for advanced RF and microwave systems, including Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers (TWTAs). This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of test technicians and engineers
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and testing procedures
- Provide technical guidance, training, and performance feedback
Testing Operations
- Oversee RF, electrical, and thermal testing of RF/microwave products
- Analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product performance meets specifications
- Develop and manage testing schedules to support production timelines
Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve design and production issues
- Maintain and improve test documentation, procedures, and reporting
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
- 5+ years of experience testing RF/microwave systems (TWTA experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of RF principles, high-voltage systems, and power supplies
- Proven leadership experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with industry standards (MIL-STD, ISO)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
