    • Interpret electrical schematics, engineering documentation, manufacturing instructions, and test procedures.
    • Analyze RF and DC test data including voltage, current, power, insertion loss, and return loss measurements.
    • Diagnose, repair, and adjust electronic circuitry and RF assemblies using standard troubleshooting techniques.
    • Perform component-level repairs utilizing soldering equipment and precision hand tools.
    • Document test results, maintain accurate records, and analyze performance data.
    • Follow ESD, ISO, quality, and safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
    • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
    What We're Looking For

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • 3+ years of experience in RF testing, electronics testing, electronic assembly, or related technical environments.
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
    • Experience using RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and digital multimeters.
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency with soldering, electronic repair, and precision hand tools.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with RF systems, wireless communications equipment, microwave electronics, or high-frequency test environments.
    • Familiarity with manufacturing test software, automated test systems, or simple programming concepts.
    • Experience working in ISO-regulated or quality-driven manufacturing environments.
    Compensation: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
