Job Title: IT Sourcing & RFP Specialist Sr.
Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite weekly) – Local candidates or willing to relocate
Looking for an experienced IT Sourcing & RFP Specialist Sr. to lead complex IT procurement and sourcing initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in IT RFP/RFQ management, vendor negotiations, SaaS/cloud/software procurement, and stakeholder management across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end IT RFP/RFQ processes for software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, and IT professional services
Manage vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, SLAs, KPIs, and sourcing strategies
Handle IT procurement portfolios exceeding $20M annually
Collaborate with IT, legal, finance, security, and executive stakeholders
Conduct cost analysis, TCO evaluations, and procurement reporting
Manage supplier relationships, vendor performance reviews, and compliance activities
Required Skills:
5+ years of IT sourcing/procurement experience
Strong experience with IT contracts, RFPs, SaaS, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and vendor negotiations
Experience with ERP procurement systems and contract management tools
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred:
CPSM or CTPE certification
Knowledge of NERC CIP standards
Experience in enterprise or utility environments
