In this role,youllprovide both direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse,assistproviders during examinations and procedures, and help ensure smooth daily clinic operations.Youllsupport patient flow, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a positive, team-based environment focused on compassionate, patient-centered service. Key Responsibilities Perform direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints Administer medications, injections, andmonitorpatient responses Perform EKGs, wound care, and other clinical procedures within scope Assistphysicians and advanced practice providers during exams and minor procedures Coordinate patient care, referrals, follow-up appointments, and discharge instructions Manage phone triage and patient communications Document thoroughly and accurately in EMR/EHR systems Maintain infection control and safety standards Execute and support individualized care plans with professionalism and empathy Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our Primary Clinic team to deliver effective, patient-focused services in a supportive and inclusive environment.Youllpartner with providers, medical assistants, and front office staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
