Position Overview:
Seeking a Board-certified Rheumatologist
Location: Statesville, NC just 45 minutes north of Charlotte
The physician will be responsible for the diagnosis and management of rheumatic conditions, delivering well-rounded care to patients dealing with arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune diseases.
Success in this position calls for solid medical knowledge, strong skills in managing patient care, and the ability to work well alongside other members of the healthcare team.
This is a replacement position the group's current rheumatologist is nearing retirement.

The network includes 27 practice locations: 12 primary care clinics, 10 specialty groups, 3 ambulatory surgery centers, and 2 urgent care centers.
The system employs more than 1,600 full-time, part-time, and PRN staff, along with over 175 licensed providers.
Compensation & Benefits:
$350,000/year base, with a 2-year guarantee and available incentive bonuses

Requirements:
Active NC Medical License and DEA registration
Board Certification required
Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated leadership qualities
Prior experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver positive patient outcomes
