Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join a highly collaborative, physician-led team in Findlay, Northwest Ohio - member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.

Compensation

• Base salary: $300,000 guaranteed
• Productivity bonus: $62 per wRVU (uncapped)
• Signing bonus: $100,000 ($50k Year 1, $50k Year 2)
• PTO: 5 weeks
• CME: $5,000 annually
• Relocation: $10,000
• Retirement: 403(b) with 4% match

Practice Details

• Average patient volume: ~18 patients/day
• Visit structure:
  • New patients: ~40 minutes
  • Follow-ups: ~20 minutes
• Patient mix:
  • Initially new-patient heavy
  • Balanced panel by ~3 months
• Ramp-up period: Up to 90 days (most physicians choose too fill schedules within ~1 month)
• wRVU per visit: ~2.15 (aligned with MGMA benchmarks)
• Patient sourcing: Fully supported by established referral networkno need to self-generate volume
