Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinic experience as a nurse practitioner in one of the following specialties:
- Rheumatology (preferred)
- Allergy/Immunology
- Dermatology
- Nephrology
- Neurology
- Ophthalmology
- Orthopedics
- Pain Management
Position Highlights
Collaborative care model working closely with rheumatology physicians
Rheumatology experience preferred (new graduates with strong interest considered)
Average volume: 12-15 patients/day
Shared office phone call: 1:3 rotation
Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions
Cerner EMR, AI-assisted charting
Compensation & Benefits (40 hours/week)
Base Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
Includes 200 hours vacation/CME time
wRVU Productivity Bonus (no cap): Estimated $10,000 - $20,000+ annually
CME / Board Certification Allowance: $3,500 per year
