This includes analysis of business needs, requirements, Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Application (RFA) writing, procurement processes and coordination, contracting, contract enforcement, contract changes, and implementation activities related to the Rural Health Transformation Project contracts. This position ensures the availability of necessary supporting systems, state and federal communications, federal reporting and compliance audits, and monitoring contractor performance. This position reports to the Division Contracts Administration and Coordination Manager.

This position is an At-Will Employment Contract and includes State contribution towards a single Health Insurance plan. This position pays for actual hours worked and is limited to 40 hours per week. The hourly rate is not negotiable by the hiring manager.
