What You'll Do

• Recruit, source, and identify qualified candidates for open positions
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews to assess skills and qualifications
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms and internal systems
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
• Support new hire orientation and ensure all employment documentation is completed accurately
• Maintain candidate and employee records within Bullhorn and other systems
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and workforce activity reporting
• Build strong relationships with associates, client leadership, and internal teams
• Provide outstanding customer service to candidates, employees, and client partners
• Support onsite workforce operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Help create a positive employee experience through engagement and ongoing support

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, human resources, or administrative support preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Bullhorn experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
