Certification Required – No ExceptionsActive PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required. Applicants must provide a hard or digital copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.
Current Richmond, VA Shift Opportunities
We are currently recruiting caregivers for the following shifts:
️ Daytime Shifts
- Monday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Wednesday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Evening Shifts
- Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 6:00 PM–10:00 PM
Multiple shift options are available! Caregivers may be considered based on their availability and the needs of the client.
Competitive Pay:$16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on credentials.
Complete your training and earn an additional
$0.50/hr!

What You’ll Do Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding)
Light housekeeping and laundry
Prepare simple, healthy meals
Provide medication reminders
Communicate compassionately with clients and families
What You’ll Need Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (
Required – No Exceptions)
Genuine compassion and respect for seniors
Ability to follow individualized care plans
Clear and consistent communication
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Ability to pass a background check
