Ricoma Embroidery Production Technician

You review the morning's production tickets, prep DST logo files, and stage garments so the first Ricoma machine can start stitching on time.

A Day in the Role

• Stage jobs: review artwork and specifications, verify thread colors, placements, and quantities.
• Prepare embroidery files: set up and refine DST logo files; build name and number files for personalization.
• Set up production: thread machines, hoop products, load garments, and configure Ricoma settings.
• Run and monitor: watch quality, placement, thread tension, and consistency throughout each run.
• Quality control: inspect completed items for accuracy before moving to packing.
• Troubleshoot: resolve basic machine or production issues to keep output on schedule.
• Own your area: keep materials, threads, and orders tidy; manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience running embroidery machines (Ricoma experience strongly preferred).
• Background working with DST embroidery files and creating personalized name/number files.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to beautiful, accurate results.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a close-knit, family-focused environment.
• Organized and capable of juggling multiple projects without dropping the details.
• Flexible availability for day, night, and/or weekend schedules as needed.
• Proficient in machine setups for production runs and confident reading production specs/blueprints.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience.

Available schedules include:

• Full-time day shift
• Part-time night shift
• Full-time night shift
• Weekend hours
