Washman Car Wash is looking for dependable, energetic Ride Thru Attendants who enjoy working outdoors, engaging with customers, and making sales. To be successful in this position, you must be able to: Positively and energetically engage and communicate with customersQuickly understand, retain, and follow directions and Washman proceduresContinuously stand, move, and enjoy being outdoors for your entire shift Current Position(s) We Are Hiring For: 1 Ride Thru Attendant with the following schedule available: Friday-Tuesday (Friday-Saturday 1PM-9:30PM, Sunday-Tuesday 7:30AM-4:00PM) Ride Thru Attendant Key Responsibilities: Greet customers professionally and provide clear instructions for entering the wash tunnel Prepare vehicles for the wash process, including guiding vehicles, applying pre-wash treatments, and ensuring proper vehicle positioning Monitor the wash tunnel for safety, efficiency, and equipment issues Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tunnel entrance, exit, and surrounding grounds Assist customers with questions, concerns, and basic service recovery as needed Follow all Washman Car Wash safety procedures and Oregon State workplace safety standards Communicate effectively with team members and management Perform opening, closing, and routine operational tasks as assigned Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations What We're Looking For Strong reliability and attendance -- showing up on time is essential Comfortable working outdoors year-round Sales-minded with confidence talking to customers and recommending services Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical labor Ride Thru Attendant Benefits: Competitive hourly wage Health InsuranceDental Insurance Commissions Referral Bonuses up to $500 Performance Bonuses Free Weekly Car Wash Employee Assistance Program PTO Sick Time Advancement Opportunities 401(k) Serious candidates please apply in person, by responding to this post, via text, or on our website at www.washmanusa.com Job Types: Part-Time, Seasonal Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour Washman is an equal opportunity employer.
