    Right of Way Administrative Coordinator
    Southeastern Land Company, Inc.
     
    Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering is sharing this opportunity on behalf of our business partner, Southeastern Land Company, Inc. (SLC). The position is with Southeastern Land Company, Inc. (SLC).
     
    Position Overview
    SLC is seeking an organized, detail oriented coordinator to support land acquisition work for utility and infrastructure projects. You will prepare accurate right of way documentation, research property records, coordinate mailings, and help field agents stay on schedule.
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Prepare and organize right of way packages and supporting documents for field agents.
    • Research deeds, tax cards, ownership records, vesting documents, encumbrances, and parcel data; compile accurate property owner lists.
    • Prepare notification letters, assemble and mail project materials, and track delivery.
    • Assist with easement agreements and other property related documents.
    • Maintain orderly digital and physical records; enter and update project information in internal systems and spreadsheets.
    • Coordinate with agents and teammates to confirm document completeness and meet project deadlines.
    Required Qualifications
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management.
    • Ability to work independently while supporting a team and managing multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Ability to work with legal documents and property records.
    • Clear written and verbal communication.
    Preferred Experience
    • Experience in real estate, right of way, land acquisition, or related administrative support.
    • Familiarity with deeds, tax records, plats, and legal descriptions.
    • Experience preparing documents in a technical or electrical design environment.
