We are seeking a Right of Way Document Specialist for an 'onsite' assignment with our midstream client in downtown Houston.
Schedule: Mon-Thurs; Friday 1/2 day
Responsible for performing tasks associated with capital project and field engineering projects, including:- Drafting and preparing general correspondence and legal documents, letter agreements, easements, releases and other legal documents, for use in dealing with landowners, governmental agencies, tenants and developers.
- Will coordinate with various disciplines such as Legal, Engineering, Environmental and Risk Management.
- Responsible for efficient file maintenance, including working and final file review and delivery, as well as electronic files and correspondence.
- Will take direction from the Land Manager or delegate.
SKILLS : Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, SharePoint and GIS. Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines and take direction from multiple managers/supervisors. Attention to detail and critical thinking required.
