Right of Way Supervisor Minneapolis, MN.

Here's what we are looking for:

• Good communication and listening skills as well as patience
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Knowledge in all aspects of right of way including acquisition, title, permitting, due diligence, public and community outreach
• Right of Way acquisition experience required
• Negotiations experience preferred
• Real Estate License preferred
• Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel

Here are some of the things you'll be doing:

• Working with Project Manager.
• Working under tight deadlines using analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Execute plans for all aspects of small, medium or large projects
• Responsible for the project schedule status to meet deadlines.
• Responsible for tracking and monitoring all financial aspects of projects.
• Provide technical assistance to resolve issues and solve problems.
• Supervise the settling of damage claims.
• Oversee the necessary licensing and permits.
• Reviewing progress of projects.
• Construction support liaison responsibilities.
• Supervise Appraisal Negotiation.
• Supervise Relocation Assistance.

EDUCATION:

Graduate of a college or university (Preferred)

Real Estate License (Preferred)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Employees in this position will be required to maintain a valid driver's license and may be required to drive a licensed vehicle. This status may be necessary for the length of time in this position. Employees in this job title may be required to submit to a drug screening test and background check.

UNIQUE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Walking over rough and hilly terrain may be required. Work typically involves extensive contact with the public. Work is performed in all types of weather conditions.
