Seeking an APP with experience in pediatric cardiac intensive care, managed post operative cardiac patients as well as medical cardiac patients in the ICU or in a step-down unit. Specifically, not an APP who only has experience in the operating room but in the cardiac ICU or cardiac step-down managing patients.
Pay rate: Cannot exceed $140, would prefer it to be around $130/hour.

Detailed Shift Explanation: We are seeking APP coverage of our 25 bed cardiac ICU. The shift
starts with check out 5 pm and ends at 6:30 am. The APP will be expected to provide first call
coverage for 12-13 CICU patients. The Cardiac ICU mostly cares for post operative patients
including neonatal surgeries as well as VAD and potentially heart transplant patients. There is
in house cardiac ICU physician coverage overnight.
