This position involves setting up, operating, and tending woodworking equipment to produce and shape wood parts, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
- Operate various woodworking machines, make adjustments, and inspect work for defects.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and material, input program instructions, and perform trial cuts.
- Cut, shape, bore, and design wood parts using saws, routers, and boring machines.
- Monitor machinery, perform maintenance, and ensure product quality.
