Job Description
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project objectives are met.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain workflow and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
- Monitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with the Superintendent and project team to address challenges and provide solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Support the Superintendent in managing resources, equipment, and materials efficiently.

- Experience with construction project management and on-site supervision.
