Position Overview
Olympus Solutions is seeking a Risk, Compliance, and Quality Assurance Specialist / SME to support compliance, quality, and testing oversight for a federal ICAM modernization effort. This role will help ensure identity systems comply with security, policy, and legal requirements and that the program adheres to testing standards and produces consistent identity services. The PWS identifies this role accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support compliance and quality oversight across ICAM modernization activities.
- Review deliverables and processes for alignment with policy, legal, and security expectations.
- Help maintain adherence to testing standards and quality expectations.
- Support traceability, documentation quality, and consistency of program outputs.
- Contribute to risk identification, compliance review, and quality improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- 8–12 years of demonstrated experience in identity, credential, and access management (ICAM), cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with compliance, audit, testing, or quality assurance in federal IT or cybersecurity programs.
- Familiarity with identity security, governance, and risk management practices.
- Knowledge of federal security and compliance frameworks.
- Certifications aligned with policy, compliance, or risk functions, where relevant.
