Risk Consulting Senior Associate

Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly - $65.00 USD Hourly
Description: Risk Consulting - Lender Due Diligence Senior Associate 
4 month contract with potential extensions 

Key Responsibilities

• Lender due diligence — Perform lender due diligence procedures and support end‑to‑end transaction assessments.

• Audit & risk reviews — Support internal audit, risk, and control reviews for financial services clients.

• Risk assessments — Execute risk assessments, control testing, and process documentation across client engagements.

• Workpaper development — Draft and review work programs, test plans, narratives, and formal reports.

• Management interviews — Conduct management interviews and synthesize key risk observations.

• Quality review — Review staff work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to methodology.

• Project management — Manage project tasks, engagement budgets, and status reporting.

• Client collaboration — Partner with clients and engagement leaders to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Accounting or Finance degree — Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Audit experience — Minimum 2 years of experience in audit, internal audit, controls testing, or lender due diligence.

• Financial services background — Experience in banking, capital markets, asset management, or lending.

• Due diligence expertise — Hands‑on lender due diligence experience required.
