This role ensures examiners have the complete and accurate information needed to investigate claims and reduce exposure.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate new claims and establish claim filesPreserve time‑sensitive evidence promptlyRespond to diaries and obtain required documentationProvide key claim materials, including video, leases, service records, store data, contracts, and COIsPartner with internal teams and stores to resolve gaps and ensure timely delivery of claim supports.Manage the general mailbox and route claim materials to files and examinersMaintain accurate, complete claim documentationDownload, validate, and preserve surveillance and dashcam footage.Review potential third‑party exposure and support landlord/vendor tenders.Ensure contracts and COIs are available to support risk transferCoordinate gift card activation requests and communicate status to examiners.Required QualificationsProficient in Microsoft applications with a proven ability to learn new software programs and systems as required.Preferred QualificationsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills for claims support.Exhibits strong customer service capabilities and professional conduct in providing support to internal and external partners.EducationHigh School Degree or equivalentAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $34.15This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
