Requirements:
Diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in vehicle technology through ongoing training and technical service bulletins
Use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions
Provide clear, professional communication with customers regarding vehicle issues, services, and repairs
Collaborate with a dedicated team of technicians and service advisors to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and company policies
Qualifications:
Shop experience
Tech school training
Bumper-to-bumper automotive experience
Reliable transportation
Own Tools
Proven experience working in our field
Ability to work with factory-level diagnostic tools and vehicle-specific software
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear, concise manner
A strong passion for high-end vehicles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test)
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
