Job Overview:

As a Project Surveyor, you will be responsible for supervision of field operations, technical and drafting staff, deed and map research and project management.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for supervision of field operations, technical and drafting staff, deed and map research, and project management.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate survey data into project plans.
  • Use advanced equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, 3D scanners) and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) to collect and analyze data
  • Responsible for boundary survey calculations, analysis, and final map checking, abstracting title data, and client relations.

Required Skills & Experience:
 
  • Professional Licensed Surveyor
  • 10 years of progressive experience in the industry
  • 2+ years of experience after registration
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $120,000 - $125,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
