What You’ll Do
- Manage RMA processes and track returned materials from start to finish
- Investigate product failures and coordinate analysis with suppliers
- Identify defect trends and help drive corrective actions
- Develop KPIs, reports, and dashboards to support quality decisions
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to improve product reliability
- Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Secondary education required; technical or engineering degree/diploma preferred
- 2+ years of experience in quality, RMA, manufacturing, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity about root cause analysis
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Excel required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- English proficiency is an advantage
