Job Summary:
The RMA Coordinator is responsible for managing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, coordinating product returns, repairs, replacements, and customer communications. This position works closely with customers, warehouse teams, technicians, and internal departments to ensure RMAs are processed accurately and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Process and track RMA requests from initiation through completion.
Coordinate product returns, inspections, repairs, replacements, and credits.
Communicate with customers regarding return status, required documentation, and resolution.
Maintain accurate RMA records, inventory updates, and system documentation.
Work with warehouse and technical teams to coordinate incoming and outgoing products.
Review returned products for proper documentation and processing.
Monitor RMA turnaround times and follow up on outstanding returns.
Prepare reports and provide updates on RMA activity.
Resolve discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in RMA coordination, customer service, order processing, inventory, or a related role preferred.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable working with computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with ERP, inventory, or ticketing systems is a plus.
