RMA Coordinator Test Technician III

The RMA Coordinator will act as a primary customer interface for product returns. Oversee and direct activities related to processing customer returns. Validate warranties and authorize return of product. Coordinate product evaluations and ensure timely processing of all customer returns.

Job Summary

• Acts as primary Internal interface for product returns members
• Authorizes and approves customer Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests
• Conduct test evaluations
• Enters RMA authorizations into ERP system
• Coordinates movement of RMA product throughout the evaluation and repair process
• Provides direction to QE, ME, and OPS personnel regarding RMA product processing
• Tracks and publishes RMA metrics
• Drives completions of action across inter department teams to ensure RMAs are completed in a timely manner
• Maintains weekly RMA Log
