RMA / MRB Coordinator: (Return Merchandise Authorization). Work with customers to assign and status RMAs. Receive in RMAs, unbox, label and tag each individual board. Write up defects and produce a route with Engineering assistance. Work with Accounting on proper coding of RMAs and with Program Managers to complete RMA paperwork. Work with Shipping to send RMAs back to customer with appropriate paperwork and with Process/Quality Engineers to disposition material sent to MRB. Work with buyers to get RMAs from vendors. Write up scrap packages as required for Quality Manager and General Manager. Assist in data collection of Scrap Dollars by product type and Defect Type
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Enterprise Resource Planning/Factory Control Systems software.
