Here are the requirements for the position:
GENERAL SUMMARY
The RMA Specialist is responsible for managing all inbound returns for consumer electronics
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:- Removing items from boxes
- Verify RMA item serial number matches the serial number sold
- Receive serial numbers into database
- Document and verify reason for return
- Take pictures of discrepancies
- Check for any locks such as MDM or iCloud
- Communicate with customer service
- Sort items for restocking or repair
- Minor testing and diagnostic
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
· General knowledge and understanding of computer hardware and software
· Must have great attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
· Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time
KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS
· Strong attendance and reliability
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Ability to accurately process and document RMA units (Retail, Wholesale, and FBA)
· Familiarity with inspection, grading, and basic troubleshooting is a plus
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
· Willingness to support the broader Tech team as needed
· Dependability and clear communication
