RN 3S Comp-Med Stepdown

Our Client, a Acute Care Medical Facility company, is looking for a RN 3S Comp-Med Stepdown for their Cincinnati, OH location.

Responsibilities:

• The RN demonstrates the knowledge, abilities, and skills to provide age and culturally specific patient care and education.
• The RN effectively communicates with peers, utilizes appropriate channels of communication and maintains absolute confidentiality.
• The RN maintains competence and demonstrates evidence of continuing professional growth.
• The RN demonstrates the ability to accept and implement change and the ability to work in a culturally diverse setting.

Requirements:

• Required Education:
• Diploma of Nursing
• Preferred Education:
• BSN
• Required Certifications & Licensure:
• Ohio RN License or Compact.
• BLS (American Heart Assoc.)
• ACLS (American Heart Assoc.)
• Required:
• ACLS certified; 1+ years of Stepdown/ Tele experience Preferred: NIHHS - stroke certification preferred as well as some form of leadership experience - Charge RN/ Preceptor
