Pay Rate

• Local: $2,510 – $2,625/week

• Traveler: $2,720 – $2,820/week

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute hemodialysis experience.

• ASN required.

• AHA BLS certification.

• Current New Jersey RN license or multi-state compact RN license.

• Experience with Fresenius 2008T Hemodialysis Machines.

• Knowledge of portable RO systems.

• English proficiency: Speak, Read, Write.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of acute hemodialysis experience.

• BSN.

• Telemetry experience.

• EPIC EHR experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify individual care needs.

• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized nursing care plans.

• Perform ongoing patient assessments and evaluate responses to treatment.

• Provide therapeutic nursing interventions.

• Manage care of assigned acute dialysis patients.

• Document nursing care according to standards and patient acuity.

• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.

• Provide patient-centered care.

• Support evidence-based nursing practices.

• Perform other assigned nursing duties.
