POSITION SUMMARY:TheRN, Administrative Supervisor provides professional nursing leadership and administrative oversight to support daily operations within Heritage Place. This position serves as a management representative during assigned shifts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role is responsible for independent decision-making, staff supervision, operational coordination, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, this position may support or serve in a CNA Instructor capacity, contributing to staff education, competency validation, and workforce development in accordance with applicable regulations. REQUIREMENTS: Associates Degreein Nursing Two (2) years of long-term care or acute care experience Manager level experience in a healthcare/medical setting State of Alaska RN Licensure BLSP (CPR) from the American Heart Association within 30 days of employment PREFERRED: Masters Degree in Nursing Nursing Home Administrators License Licensed CNA Instructor
