Elite Day Center is excited to announce an opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) Administrator at our location in Greer, SC! If you are a dedicated healthcare professional with leadership experience and a passion for serving adults with cognitive and physical disabilities, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Day Center, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
- Manage budgeting, staffing, and enrollment to maintain and grow center participation.
- Facilitate effective communication among multidisciplinary staff to promote smooth workflows.
- Conduct tours and outreach to potential members, families, and referral sources.
- Supervise the admission process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and maintained.
- Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and maintain records in accordance with DHP/DHHS & SC DSS standards
- Work towards monthly census growth goals to expand community impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN License in good standing (Required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills (Required).
- Experience managing staff and overseeing budgets (Required).
- Motivated, outgoing personality (Required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (Required).
- Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and special needs adult care (Preferred).
