Our client is a well-established and growing
Home Health and Hospice organization
. They are looking to add an
RN Administrator Home Health Operations to guide clinical services and operations for a new hospice branch located near
Littleton, CO. A Clinician (RN or PT) is required. Strong operations, financial, and clinical leadership experience in Medicare certified Home Health is a must. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.
RN Administrator Home Health Operations Requirements- Home Health operations leadership experience
- Expert in Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
- Clinician is required (RN or PT) Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be able to travel.
RN Administrator Home Health Operations Responsibilities- Oversite of Home Health operations in the territory.
- Oversite of directly reporting branch directors.
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to improve performance and processes.
