Job Description:

AHMG Cardiology at Winter Park

1605 W. Fairbanks Ave., Winter Park, FL, 32789

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

• will float to Innovation Tower as need
• Assesses and diagnoses patients' and families needs to provide quality care.
• Develops and communicates realistic problem lists for each patient in collaboration with the patient and family.
• Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.
• Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
• Promotes effective working relations and works as part of a team to meet departmental goals and objectives. Maintains current knowledge, certification, and licensure, and pursues ongoing professional growth and development.
• Provides patient education and support to address identified needs. Monitors and evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
